The Warehouse district has undergone a transformation over the last several years.  There are a lot of old warehouse buildings, some of which have been restored and converted into some amazing condos and apartments.  There are lots of restaurants, bars, retail stores, businesses and more in this neighborhood and it is close to the downtown area.
