Parliament Place is located in Regina’s South end and is home to the Regina Rugby Club.  The Golden Mile shopping centre is in this zone as well as restaurants, gas stations and multiple other businesses.  There are a couple of parks with walking paths, play structures, a ball diamond and a basketball court.
