The Eastview area is a small tight-knit community.  There are 2 parks in the area including one with an outdoor spray pad.  The Eastview community centre is a great facility that can be rented out for events such as weddings, birthdays, etc and community events are held here.  There is also a community garden.  There are a few play structures, baseball diamonds, a basketball court and outdoor rinks in the area.  Multiple businesses can be found within this area especially along Ross Ave., Winnipeg St. and McDonald St.
