Westerra is a newer community being developed in Regina’s far West end.  The only existing Regina neighbourhood it borders is Pioneer village on the East side over Courtney Street.  The other 3 sides of Westerra are still surrounded with undeveloped agricultural land.  There are several homes and townhomes already built in the area and future plans for retail & boutqiue stores. Sereda Park & Sharp Park have been developed with walking paths, benches and an awesome play structure for kids to enjoy.
