Varsity Park is located in the East end of Regina and backs the McKell Wascana Conservation Park and The Wascana Country club & golf course.  Wascana creek flows alongside of this neighborhood.  There are several walking paths, play structures, tennis courts, an outdoor spray pad, outdoor rink, basketball court and a ball diamond.
