Douglas Place is in the East end of Regina and borders the beautiful Douglas Park which which includes Leibel football field, the Canada games athletic complex, baseball diamonds, a cricket pitch, a lacrosse field, a regulation sized track, tennis courts, jump pits and beautiful walking paths.  The park is a popular destination for runners, walkers and athletes. Douglas Place is also close to the Saskatchewan Science Centre and the Kramer Imax theatre as well as the Skate plaza skateboard park.    Candy cane park is also close by and is a popular picnic and play area for families.  Wascana Hill is a popular lookout point with a great view of Wascana Lake & the Conexus Arts Centre. There are a few play structures near the schools.
