The Cathedral neighbourhood is located very close to the geographical centre of Regina and named after the majestic Holy Rosary Cathedral in the area.  The neighbourhoood borders the the River Heights neighbourhood and The Crescents neighbourhoods to the South, the Transition Area and the Downtown District to the East,  the Washington Park neighbourhood to the north over the train tracks and the Pioneer Village neighbourhood to the West over Lewvan Drive.

The Cathedral Village Arts Festival is a highly anticipated and very well attended annual event held in the heart of the area on 13th Avenue and the street even closes during this week long event. Thousands of people flock to the area to enjoy over 200 artisans displaying their wares , various entertainers and delicious food.  Don’t miss it!
