The Broders Annex neighbourhood is located slightly southeast of the downtown core.  It is bordered by the Arnem Place neighbourhood to the South, the Glen Elm Park neighbourhood to the East over Park Street, the Eastview neighbourhood to the North, and the General Hospital neighbourhood to the West. One of the highlights of this neighborhood is the Core Ritchie Neighborhood Centre which includes the Al Ritchie indoor Arena, outdoor rinks, tennis courts, play structure, Gocki park spray pad, basketball courts and the Regina Public Library – Prince of Wales Branch.
