The Airport Industrial area borders the Pioneer Village neighbourhood to the North, River Heights and Lakeview neighborhoods to the West, and the Harbour Landing neighbourhood to the south.

This area is comprised of commercial and industrial businesses centred around the Regina International Airport.  You can find local non-profits like The Regina Flying Club and the STARS Air Ambulance Regina base here.  There are also a number of transportation and shipping companies represented in this complex and 2 car rental companies, National and Enterprise, have some of their fleet here as well.

There are also some community serving sport facilities enjoyed here such as  The Caledonian curling club (or Callie Club to the locals) and Rambler baseball park .
